If Electrum LTC says “Not Connected,” will my withdrawal still hit the receive address?

I used Kraken Pro to buy some LTC and initiated a withdrawal to my Electrum LTC receive address I generated. But my Electrum LTC wallet says it is “Not Connected,” there is a big red dot in the bottom. Will this withdrawal still go into the account? What do I need to do to use this wallet?
