AOS filing prediction

I just got my NIW approved with a priority date of Sept 13, 2024. I am not a dual intent visa like the H1B, and my current non-immigrant visa expires on Oct 2026, also fyi, I am ROW. I am in the US already, so looking to see if there is any chance I will be able to file/get EAD and AOS before Oct 2026 as renewing a non-immigrant visa and then getting an approval at the border/ port of entry by DHS seems like a hit or miss, based on what I have read online. Any best case scenario? Thanks
