Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this from (some) ACA members after they qualify?

Obviously this doesn't apply to ALL qualified members but it is something I've noticed quite a bit over the years.

I always see ACA members down-playing / forgetting how hard their experience with these exams were AFTER they have passed all of them.

I've literally seen people stress out like crazy, getting occasional grey hairs, acting like they're one step away from a mental breakdown when they're in exam seasons...

And then after they qualify they will go and tell another Junior / Semi-Senior "oh that exam is easy. You just have to do XYZ". The 'XYZ' is always some insufficient advice where they simplify it way too much e.g. just remember the pro-formas.

I don't really think it does the Juniors any good because they're usually left wondering "why am I finding it so hard if person X found it easy."

I'm NGL my firm is quite toxic (overall) so I'm wondering if this is something other people have experienced?

Please feel free to share.
