HP to Dell trunk not working
Hello! I'm in need of a little assistance. I suspect that there's an issue with our switch OS on the dell side, but I need a sanity check.
I'm attempting to create a trunk between an HPE SN2010M and Dell S4048ON. The HP is running OS version 3.10.3004 and the Dell is on OS 9.14(2.0).
On both switches I connected port 13 with a DAC cable.
I really appreciate any input, thanks!
When I bring everything up the way I believe it should be I get this result:
I can ping the HP from the Dell, but I can't ping the Dell from the HP.
SP10GStack1#ping 10.1.2.62
Type Ctrl-C to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.1.2.62, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!
Success rate is 100.0 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 0/0/0 (ms)
HPSw1 [standalone: master] # ping 10.1.2.60
connect: No route to host
