Bodi subscription and locked content

I have been following liift 4 for such a long time over and over and I’m finally on the hunt for something else. I have had a bodi subscription for three years. I know the company has made some recent changes but I’m noticing some programs are locked? Does anyone know why? It’s asking me to pay for a membership but I still have one until February when it’s due to renue
