Election aftermath Anxiety

I honestly thought I could cope after the results of the elections were finalized. The people I absolutely did NOT want to win, won and it's the fact that so many policies and people are being put in place I can't escape the overwhelming sense of impending doom.

My anxiety is through the roof, depression is setting in and I seem to be angry all the time.

I'm worried about my special needs child; my parents, who rely on Social Security; my husband, who relies on the VA for medical care and our ability to live a decent life with the pending sky-rocketing of costs due to the tariffs and deportation of less expensice, skilled labor.

I'm truly beginning to hate the family and friends that voted for this to happen. They've shown they care about nothing but themselves.
