HS80 Max

Hey so i’ve seen other post’s every now and then talking about it but have never really seen an answer. I have the HS80 max and have had it for just less than a year, the sound quality is great and the mic is awesome…when they work. I have been plagued by problems from it ranging from the mic muting itself to the headset just not connecting at all, i’m now having issues where when i’m talking the mic becomes filled with static and is so choppy people can not understand what i’m saying at all. So is there a way to have this fixed at all? for the price i paid i’d rather not throw them away but if that’s all you can do i’d rather do that then continue to hope.

Again i love this headset and am just really hoping this isn’t a permanent issue!
