Positive affirmations negative results?

Has anyone experienced opposite or negative results from their affirmations? bc I have made my own positive subs and I feel like I get negative results like I want 🍆 growth and I feel like sometimes it looks smaller. Has anyone seen similar things? Should I try to stick to negative affirmations to see if I get good results?
