Simplest way to send a friend up?

Got a friend interested but having to explain the extra steps of onion and roms might be beyond them. Was thinking it’s easier to just copy my card for them. What do I need to take off the card? Delete save folder contents? Anything else ? I’m after essentially all my games and onion but fresh.
