Experience with Rapido drivers

Hi guys. Im a Filipino guy who is going to visit India (Delhi area) for the first time and I am looking forward to experience some adventure time with locals.

I read in ohmojo that there are sexy encounters with Rapido drivers? I don't know how true are those but do you think those drivers would be receptive? Or would it be a bad idea? Many posts here are not very encouraging when it comes to many aspects if lgbt life so I surmise that gay encounters are few and hidden.
