Fps drop in Call of duty Warzone and Black Ops 6

I've been having problems with fps drops in Call of Duty BO6/Warzone. Today after about an hour of playing BO6 I started to see more fps drops and slowdowns, however when I switched to zombies it was only when there were more zombies on screen then fps dropped heavily, I asked a friend I was playing with, he didn't experience any drops on the Series S and I did on the XSX, where do I start to find the cause? Monitor is a Samsung G5 Oddyseywith free sync on and a setting of 120 hz and 1440p on the xbox.
