Deco BE95 - Fast Internet / Slow LAN Access to network file shares

Single BE95 connected to xfinity. 10Gbe hub plugged into the 10G lan port. Internet speed test is 1.2Gb when connected to the BE95 with 2.5G LAN on the back of the unit. Access to the NAS is 2.5g speed of 250 MB/s up and down.

When connected via wifi 2.4/5/6 internet is still 1.2Gb but NAS access crawls to 65MB/s tops. Have duplicated with another file share and with the share device directly 10G connected to the base unit.

Any ideas?
