Price for Taxi from Merida to Chiquila

Hi all! We don‘t want to drive a Bus and get up at 5 AM and are therefore looking for a private driver.. i got an offer for 4000$ and wanted to ask if this is a reasonable price?

Or does anyone have other suggestions how to get there more smoothly than 6h bus ride?
