[???][2006]please help me find a game

I remember when I was very young I used to play this game the description is given below

"Starting is when we are dropped at a running train yes at top of running train and running at top we have to shoot the enemies coming one at a time also there was a sniper over bullet of which we had to jump also bullets were like orange spheres.

2nd level was when train entered a tunnel and there we had to destroy a tank and after destroying it we could go to another level

3rd level is when train comes to stop and by the help of 5 chains We go upwards and kill a bird like monster switching in between the chains

One of the bosses was like spider with the head of a human skull

And at the end we had to escape by jumping on the back of turtles"
