Better cooler for nas, in a Lian Li PC-Q25, suggestions?

I have a NAS in a Lian Li PC-Q25 with Intel i7 8700 and ASRock H370M-ITX/ac.
Its currently only intel stock cooler, sometimes when it get unde load it reaches 100C, I know it should be fine, it will just trottle, but:

Lian li PC-Q25 case list max CPU cooler height as 78mm. IS there a Small form factor cooler that will peform better than stock cooler, at actual cooling?
(I dont care that much about noise as its rare for it to be under high load, sporadic)

Do new CPU Coolers still come with mounting bracket for old sockets like that still?
Both coolers that existed back then and still sold, and ones that have released later?

Any opinion, or comment about these coolers, or other ones, related to the questions/information above:

Noctua NH-L9i (Probably worse than the other ones mentioned?)
Noctua NH-L9x65
Noctua NH-L12S (Says it should still be not to tall, is it problematic with ram compability on ITX board?)
be quiet! Pure Rock LP (Seem basically like the L9x65?)

Any others? I dont really care about brand.
