Question regarding unit changes.

There’s a guy online taking donations and claiming he’s homeless. TikTok. Supposedly, he went to SOI at Pendleton, picked up with 3/4, but then got sent to Admin with 2/7 out of 29 Palms…. To my knowledge, if you are kicked from the infantry side and you MOS- shift, you wouldn’t pick back up with another infantry unit… there are 15 fellow veterans online challenging this guy because he isn’t passing the smell test, any advice? We are definitely pulling a FOIA request, for the record.
