Is it normal to care so much?

I have so much love for every person I truely connect with even if it's for a brief moment. I love each coworker I've had a few deep conversations with, each person I've shared experiences with.. I'd treat each of these people as good friends. We're all on this crazy journey together and I deeply cherish each person who been here with me for the ride. The problem is, I'm bad at keeping in touch. I worry that people don't care about me like I care about them since I'm not consistently in their lives.
