Related gut syndromes that aren't CHS, or just early stage CHS?

I have similar symptoms to CHS. I'm 9 days off it now. Never consumed the huge numbers I have been seeing on these threads, I just puff away gradually on ~3 joints per week, usually with pretty high THC. 12 years of this pattern of use, with a few small periods of abstinence. I don't use concentrates or vapes or any of that. I used to smoke and I have come to believe joints sort of feed what is left of the physical addition to the act of smoking without the nic.

One thing about me is, I VERY rarely vomit, even when I probably should, I am just not inclined to vomit. I am quite familiar with heavy drinking, friends will vomit, I will wish I could vomit but it stays put for me, for better or for worse.

So I think I might have the symptoms approaching CHS, very very painful symptoms, but vomiting is just a stage that my body is not inclined to reach. I am not sure I can even identify what the type of stomach pain that can be described as nausea feels like, because I never actually vomit, so for me it's just another feeling.

I am wondering if anyone else, who is just not inclined to vomit, has cannabis-related stomach issues that sound a lot like CHS, but just without the vomiting? Is there some other cannabis related syndrome that is related to this? Am I just at an early stage of CHS? I would sort of suspect that any kind of vomiting disease I could get, in me the symptoms would present with much less of the vomiting and more of whatever else, with a side of: symptoms of substances that should be expelled from the body staying there. I kind of wish I could vomit this awful feeling out of myself. I'm sorry if it just sounds like I have CHS on easy mode, it is very painful
