hydra question

hi everyone!

so, i want my visix to permaprovoke the head of mischief. she's sitting at 254 SPD plus my Nekmo Thaar's aura (he's at about 200 SPD, i know it's not a lot but I don't have enough good speed pieces). they are both booked. what speeds would I need to hit to finally permaprovoke mischief? (my current team is visix, mithrala, tagoar, shamael, artak and nekmo. they're all booked)
