Anyone having terrible GI issues in first trimester?

This is my second pregnancy and I cannot believe how bad GI stuff is - not only nausea but stomach upset and diarrhea which I didn’t have during first one. Anyone else had this? Did it go away?? It’s miserable, praying it goes away by 2nd trimester
