Hoi4 mod Idea

So I had an idea to create a mid that features AI. At the start of the game you have to give ai a few instructions:What country to pick,what diplomacy to pursue,what focus tree branch to go down etc Also there would be an option for you to play as one country and you can tell the ai of what it should do,whether it should di the research,focuses,something else or all at once. As I have no experience in modding I doubt that I will di this but I wanted to know what your thoughts on this type of mod are.
