In new game plus looking for claws with slaughter as the fixed perk.

Does anyone know of a location like a shop that’s most likely to sell them or an area where they drop more often. The ones in the military crate by the first hotel came with increased force as the fixed perk which is useless. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
