Kenmore Elite Double Oven Electric Range Model#C970-600431 doesn't exist

My double oven shuts off as soon as it reaches the correct temperature and then never turns back on again. The display says that it is 350 degrees or whatever I set it to but when I shut it off set the temperature again and turn it back on it says the temperature is like 160 or whatever depending on how long I left it.

I found a manual for a Kenmore Elite Double Oven Electric Range that looks exactly like mine but I want to make sure the parts actually work. The model number on the manual is 790.9750*. When I look up parts for that range it brings up 3 or 4 different models. Would any of these models work?
