Upgrade Control

So I am theory crafting and would love some input.

Has anyone had any thoughts on using Kylo leader to discard upgrade cards and then using A Fine Addition to recur them? Specifically wondering if there is a control deck in Red/Blue Villainy with this strategy.

Any thoughts would be welcomed. Haven’t started building yet but I was looking for a little bit direction.
