ROTK8 Remake Early Purchase Bonus

I just received my copy of ROTK8 Remake from Play-Asia and it came with an early purchase bonus DLC. I’ve been trying to redeem it using my Hong Kong Nintendo account but it doesn’t work. Also tried changing my region to Singapore or Taiwan, but eShop isn’t available there. Does anyone know in which region is the DLC supposed to be redeemed? Thanks!
