Quickloot ee/re compatibility patch for enderal?

I'm doing a modded playthrough of enderal with the mod quickloot re installed but I noticed some chests maybe enderal specific don't fully work with quickloot. Does anyone know if there's a patch for this or any other workarounds? Thanks
