Looking for an pve game with a similar combat system to black desert online

I want to play a game that gets close to the combat system to black desert but as an pve game. I don't think there is any game that good such a good combat as bdo but I am fine with some action combat and maybe a gameplay that is focused on progression like Diablo. The best thing I found so far was wayfinder. I mean monster Hunter also got great action combat and is pve but I played it enough already. And games like devil may cry are not what I am looking for. I know the combat is supposed to be good but the game is to easy and I don't care about a narrative
