Registration Trouble

I'm trying to sign up for chemistry 211. When I try to submit on patriot web it says I don't have the required prerequisites. When I check the prerequisites it says I need to take chem 213. But then under 213 the prerequisites are chem 211. Am I dumb/missing something? What do I do?
