Is ios 18.1 worth downloading??

I have an iphone 11 and I’m really skeptical about downloading it, I heard that it messes with battery life. A lot of the opinions on downloading it are half the people saying „download it it’s amazing and didn’t mess up my battery life at all” and the other half saying „don’t download it it’s horrible”
