Lost my Easter Egg run on the last step because of online

Trust me, i've been loving bo6 zombies, but the connection issues are startling to kill me. I was having a great Terminus run, was on the last buoy before entering the bomb step, and my game crashed. It was fine, I had another save... which immediately crashed after that and the save deleted. I cannot comprehend the need for solo to be online but it's negatively effecting a large group of people who near solely play it this way. Just sucks to deal with.
