New phone -> didn't connect to KQI 300P via BT -> Locked it via quick lock by holding power.... What now?

Hey everyone,

Unique issue... i have the kqi300p and i recently got a new phone. when i got my new phone, i did the login and that was it (i didn't connect to the scooter through BT). I just went out for a ride and locked the scooter via quick lock (holding the power button), and when trying to connect to the scooter it doesn't allow me to. "Pairing rejected by NIU KQI"

I'm home right now, and i heard you can connect it to power and you'll be able to connect to bluetooth... but that doesn't work.

any solutions?
