looking for finished series

Why is it so hard to find a good finished series I want to read? I've read A lot of them so I don't know what options I have left, but I don't like reading unfinished series and I try to avoid it as much as possible.

I'm looking for a spicy romantasy that has good plot, great characters and character development and good spice. Preferably older characters because I'm sick of the 17 yo fmcs.

What I like:

• found family
• strong characters (especially the fmc. I don't like whimpering girls. doesn't even have to be physically strong, just to have some rage in her)
• enemies to lovers
• plot that keeps me guessing and questioning everything (I'm a theory type of girl) (I also like forced proximity, arranged marriage, "who did this to you", betrayals and other classic tropes but are not really a must)

What I don't like:

• school settings
• friends to lovers (it's fine if it's enemies to friends/allies to lovers, just not the childhood friend or crush trope)
• second chance romance
• love triangles
• unnecessary miscommunication

I'll be surprised if you can recommend me something I haven't already read, but HELP ME. I'm in a slump after reading Flesh and Fire
