Intro to Linear Algebra? Which Schedule Should I Choose?

Schedule

How bad is intro to linear algebra? I don't need to take this class, but I thought it would be good to learn a bit about it. In all honesty, all I know about it is that it involves vectors and matrices. I guess my question is, do they expect you have some some basic knowledge of vectors? How could I prepare for this class, having only taken calculus?

Also what schedule should I pick? I'm also not set on taking any of these classes except gen chem 2 and intro into experimentation, so if anyone has any recommendations for interesting classes, I'd appreciate it. My intended major is MBB (molecular bio and biochem)?
