Having mixed feelings about how I was treated going back to work after maternity leave

I returned to work a month ago and honestly did not feel appreciated when I came back. I heard from other colleagues that they were happy I was back but didn’t get the same from managers and attorneys I work with. Fast forward another colleague returns to work from maternity leave and receives endless messages through our work chats congratulating her and happy she’s back. I understand there is a hierarchy in business and I feel that because she’s a manager she is given more appreciation. Am I wrong for feeling some type of way?
