A couple questions for owners about my new acquisition- 2007 g35s sedan

Going to pick up a new to me 2007 G35S sedan. One owner garaged since new, southern car with about 60k mi. I have a few questions:

1. It's been well cared for and always garaged and kept clean yet the dash is cracked. What's the best solution to a cracked dash? Overlay or replacement? And if I replace it, will it just crack again?

2. It has Sport, Nav/tech, adaptive cruise package(s) (not sure the actual name of option packages) but from what I read 07MY cannot stream Bluetooth. Is there a solution to this? I want to avoid aftermarket stuff and a FM transmitter as a last resort. I saw a post about upgrading to 2012 components, yet there was no definite answer in the post.

3. The car has been maintained by the dealer and then an independent when out of warranty. It's been well cared for and never had any issue ignored. It doesn't "need" anything at the moment. But are there any maintenance or common items I should address? For example, One I saw was the metal coolant bleed valve(s) because the plastic ones will fail.

After poking around online it seems the 07 sedan is a bit of a misfit because it has the newer g37 look but the 3.5. Or am I mistaken?
