Question please help

I consolidated and should be at 120payments for PSLF. However, my IDR did not go through prior to injunctions. Mohela just placed me on a standard repayment plan that is greater than 10 years. Spoke with FSA and they state they are unable process/update my payment count until I am either on the 10year standard repayment or and IDR. Mohela is currently not processing applications for IDR. However does anyone know if they can change your standard repayment to 10years from 30yrs?
