hey, "new" version players: can you tell us "old" version players what we do and/or don't need from the original? and what we should save up?

eg, I saw you talking about resin and axes. so we should save them before we get switched, right? what do we have that we don't need? eg jugs, palm logs, (I think),... what else? also, sorry I didn't think of this sooner.
