2014 Q7 TDI: Need help with diagnosis

My Q7 has been limping lately and intermittently, and the glow plug/coil light comes on when doing so.

The car starts, but after a few seconds, seems to choke out.

I’m seeing these OBD error codes below. Anyone have an idea of what’s wrong and what it might cost to remedy/fix? I live in the USA.
