Which ascension path for an empire with way too many pops?

I'm coming back to Stellaris after a long break. And I like all the new options for ascension! There isn't just genetic, psionic, and synthetic. There are now a lot more layers to the synthetic and cybernetic options.

My empire is themed around going as hard on pop growth as I can. I went fanatic xenophobic/pacifist, all negative traits except for invasive species, and the fruitful partnership origin. Essentially, my empire is sapient kudzu.

So I'm constantly getting pops. So many of them that I can hardly keep up with buildings.

My empire doesn't have strong feelings one way or another about robots or psionics. I'll probably keep my robots at the specialist level though so I don't have a revolt.

So which ascension path would be best for me to follow?
