Which Mini-ITX board? ASRock vs ASUS

So I'm getting ready to build my first PC this holiday season. I plan on having a water cooler 9800X3D and 5090 hopefully. I had my mind set on the Asrock B650E PG-ITX but now I am wondering if I should go for the ASUS ROG STRIX X870-I.

Does anyone have any thing they want to add to help me make up my mind?
