Skin sensitivity that feels like a sunburn

I took my 6th semaglutide dose this past Saturday (11/9) and increased my dosage from .25 to .5 mg. Saturday afternoon I noticed that my skin felt like it was burning. I almost thought that I had a fever! The best way to describe it is that it feels like a sunburn. It is mainly on my upper back and the lower portion of the back of my scalp.

Thankfully it is not unbearable, but just annoying enough that I would like for it to go away!! I am curious how many of you have experienced this effect, how long did it last, and did you find any remedies for it?
