BLUE SCREEN WITH ERROR CODE KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Brand new laptop that cost me my whole net worth. Am I cooked?

I just bought a new pc and I was installing some VST plug-ins and when I finished installing some drivers for the Soundtoys bundle it asked me to restart my PC do I did. All I got was a blue screen of death with the error message KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. It keeps restarting over and over again. I'm seriously freaking out. I've tried taking out all peripherals and booting in safe mode but that didn't work. I need this fixed or I'm dead!
