Need some advice/help

I have a week before I can drop a course. I already have a spare this semester, but my English mark is very low, around 66, while my other marks are currently 91 in AF and 88 in physics. I wanted to get your opinion on whether I should drop English and take it through virtual school, or just stick with it and aim for at least an 80. I’m applying to engineering programs, and I’m okay if I don’t get into UWaterloo Engineering because I know they focus heavily on final marks, which I expect will be in the low to mid-90s. Please help.
