Ghosts in the Dark emblem not showing in Twitch rewards

I purchased a subscription to a live Channel with drops active.

Nothing has so far appeared in my twitch drops panel, nor in game or anything;

pretty sure i met all requirements but the reward is just not there... is this a known bug? is there any way to fix this?
