Why do I feel the presence/weight of crystal bracelets even after I take it off?

I just bought crystal bracelets for the first time (one is made of jade/carnelian and citrine and another one of amethyst and rose quartz), I feel their presence on my wrists even after hours of taking them off, why is that??
