Salary Negotiations tips?

I was recently offered a promotion rwhere the salary range was between $70,000 and $96,000 a year plus Bonus. I’m currently at $$77000 +plus 10% bonus (which we often never get our full bonus). How can I negotiate my salary so that I can get the most money? They offered me $80000 + 10% bonus but I would like to make more due to the responsibility and tough sales targets to hit .

I don’t have a degree BTW just been with the company for almost 10 years.
