Blackheads/nose hair ??

My nose produces sebum so fast and is oily overall but ontop of that it grows hairs on the side of the nostril a lot and i have to tweeze it out daily is the sebum production associated with the hairgrowth in the region? Ive double cleansed, oil cleansed and even tried those nkt good for you pore strips but i cant seem to find what would help please let me know if you know a solution!!
