CCA inc (Corporate Counseling Associates Inc.)?

Has anyone worked with them or heard anything about this EAP company? I have been speaking with someone there who gave me an offer-their website/forms/structure seem legitimate, however the on-boarding process, rate, expectations seem to good to be true. I am not sure how it would be a scam, but want to check if anyone has any experience before I move forward
