Acne showing up 9 months off…

I’m in my 30’s, last time I remember having acne is when I was 16 years old. Never struggled with acne in my 20s or 30s either. I find at 9 months my body is releasing a lot of acne, it doesn’t bother me, but I’m wondering if others have the same experience?

It’s probably the body releasing all the toxins.

Valium 5mg, took for 10 months daily. Quit mid-Feb.
