Combine Mismatched Data from multiple sources

unsolved

Hello everyone,

I currently run a daily report that brings data in from a couple different sources - one section of the report comes from an email that is sent daily, and then I use powerquery to pull the data from it - the next section of the report is data that comes directly from Salesforce. Unfortunately in my environment, when there is a row with "zeros" for a user, it does not include the user on the list - I do not have the ability to allow these zero values to still appear on the original report. Here is a screenshot to hopefully visualize my problem better:

In the Blue square, this is all the data that comes from the daily email - the names in the \"Agent Name\" column are all of our users - however, the 3 tables to the right of this data are the reports that come from salesforce - notice how it does not have the same number of rows as the first section of data that comes from the email. I need a column for \"Cases Open\" JIRA's currently open, and \"Count\" to appear next to the blue box, but I want it to automatically \"Match\" the value to the same name.

I hope this all makes sense, and would be happy to elaborate further on the issue. Can someone please advise if there's a way I can achieve this?
